RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a good return policy for and unhealthy pet or that which is not adapt to your you or your home. We receive our pet and you have your money (80%-100%) based on the conditions and how long it took for you to notify use of your worries. You can also ask for an exchange of your pet in case of any issues.
We will always keep doing our best to satisfy you as we trust you with our babies.
SHIPPING INFO
A health certificate is required when shipping your pet as cargo, and for all pets checked as baggage. Your pet comes with a cage for its security. Express delivery as we use some of the best pet deliveries so as to make sure your pet reach all in good health. We offer free shipping for people who buy a pair of our pets
International Pet Shipments must be booked a minimum of 3 days in advance and a maximum of 14 days in advance U. S.-based Pet Shipments must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance and a maximum of 14 days in advance. We have climate-controlled Live holding areas in and out of the state.
After 14 days, any unconfirmed order is canceled.
